When we looked into storage services, we came across BoxBee and CityStash. BoxBee is considerably more expensive and their boxes only came in one size. Not exactly ideal nor is it practical. CityStash, on the other hand, have various box sizes and they store items/furniture of any size. We're so glad we chose CityStorage. They have a super friendly staff, and they provide such a great service!Verified This place is fantastic. I wasn't even looking for a service to haul my gear, just a place to store it but these guys do it all. Vince is the man and explained everything to us, especially a few of the things on the website I didn't pick up on. He was personably and very friendly, even calling the day after picking up the gear to check in (I couldn't be there for the pickup). I've read a bunch of bad reviews of storage spaces where you have to do all the labor. This outfit is a no-brainer and the service rocks. The price is right to boot. One point of note, if you want them to come in less than 24 hours and the website allows for that, make sure you call to confirm. They made 2 or 3 runs to pick up my 400+ boxes, were all-of-the-above every time. Also, the office people have also been all-of-the-above every time, such as Patrick. Also very! helpful when I asked storage-manager Vince to see if certain unique boxes were among all that was stored ... and he found them !! First a few, and then ALL of those I needed; AND helped me by getting them down from high storage and onto a flatbed dolly and out to (& loaded into) the car ! I **strongly** recommend this company !Verified CityStash made moving a lot easier for me as I had a limited amount of help. I called them last minute and they were able to move my things within my deadline. Their customer service is great and they are very accommodating. When my furniture was delivered back to me they took the liberty of wrapping my furniture for me. I was completely surprised. I would refer and use them again.
