Optimal team size
The recommended all-inclusive hourly rates are determined based on the size of your move. These rates encompass the provision of professional movers along with a fully equipped truck (dimensions: 24′ Long, 13.6′ High, 8′ Wide), available within a 9-10 AM arrival window.
All moving jobs require a minimum booking of 3 hours. Beyond this minimum, services are prorated in 15-minute increments at the same hourly rates. The rate includes the use of moving blankets, dollies, wardrobe boxes, unlimited shrink wrap and tape, and all other essential moving supplies.
Our movers will professionally wrap and pad your furniture, ensuring safe transport from your current location to the new one. This includes packing, disassembling, and reassembling services at no extra charge. Additionally, our team will meticulously place your furniture and unpack boxes as per your directions at the new location.
For moves where the distance between the pickup and drop-off locations exceeds 15 miles, a Double Drive Time (DDT) charge will be applied.
